Our Team

Carlos Noriega, President & Network Engineer
Carlos has an Associates Degree is Applied Science Technology from ECPI. After graduating he was hired by Goodman & Co as an entry level help desk technician. During the 5 years with Goodman & Co Carlos became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and worked as a Network Administrator, Web Systems Administrator, Network Engineer and Field Engineer.
In January 2005 Carlos started CNET Support Inc., fulfilling a life long dream of owning his own business.

Melanie Noriega, Director of Operations/Bookkeeper
Melanie has a Bachelors of the Arts Degree from James Madison University. She majored in History and minored in Spanish and Secondary English. She has worked as a high school teacher for 4 years before changing careers to business. She has worked as the Marketing Director at a local home inspection company for 3 years and continues to work there part time. She is a student at ODU in the Masters of Business Administration program, anticipating graduation in December of 2006. As Director of Operations, Melanie is in charge of Bookkeeping, working with all employees on special projects, and strategic planning.

Nick Hatgimisios, Sales Manager
Nick has been in the IT industry for over 15 years and brings a vast amount of knowledge to CNE Support. He has helped numerous small businesses and Fortune 500 companies provide technology solutions that simplify daily operations. His qualifications include Microsoft Certified Sales, Novell Certified Sales, Small & Enterprise Solution Sales, among with other certifications.
